About Verhurio

Traditional property management software is often bloated, difficult to configure, and locked behind expensive enterprise licenses. For years, the assumption was that complex workflows, statutory WWS point calculations, and lease compliance could only exist within proprietary desktop software.

We built Verhurio to prove that complete, end-to-end property management can live in a clean and accessible mobile application. Landlords and tenants can handle their entire rental lifecycle, legally compliant calculations, and communication directly from their phone, without steep learning curves or high software fees.

We chose to build a mobile application first because your phone is always with you. Having your entire portfolio, tenant communications, and documents in your pocket means you can handle property matters immediately from anywhere.

If the mobile app is successful, we also plan to build a complementary desktop web version tailored for those who really prefer working on a computer.

Finding and placing tenants currently requires juggling multiple third-party listing portals. We plan to integrate direct unit listing capabilities into Verhurio, allowing landlords to publish vacancies directly from their existing property records without relying on external listing platforms.
